Hardware includes manufacturer carry-in warranty and serviceable at brand’s authorised centre only. Invoice = proof of purchase.

Report hardware issues (if any) within 5 days of receiving the product, and submit to the authorised service centre for verification/replacement.

For any tech glitch for “Instant Delivery” software, it will be fulfilled within 1 working day, or sooner.
