Terms of Purchase
- All products carry their respective manufacturer warranty as applicable. Where not included in the box, our sales invoice works as your warranty card.
- Any software once ordered (boxed / download), cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Also confirm latest system requirements from the software manufacturer website before placing your software order.
- Once purchased, no exchange or return of any hardware product is possible – even if it is not opened or used.
However, if a hardware product seems to be defective upon arrival, the unit (with all contents) has to be sent back to us, or directly to the authorised service centre within 5 days of receiving it.
Only after the authorised service centre confirms that unit as defective, a brand new unit will be sent as replacement at the earliest to you at no extra cost.
