No, our bundles are pre-configured and we do not offer the option to substitute plug-ins. If you own one or more of the plug-ins included in the bundle, only the licenses for the plug-ins you do not already own will be issued.
If I purchase a native plug-in bundle, do I get a license for native and Apollo/UAD-2 versions?
