Instant Delivery = software serial and installation link is emailed to you immediately on successful payment (24x7x365). Registered users of SA webstore can get it from their Order History as well.

Quick Delivery = software serial is emailed to you in 1-2 working days (because these products are procured manually from the vendors). The serial will show in a SA webstore registered user’s Order History as soon as the order is ‘Completed’.

My instant delivery software order status switched to “HOLD”. Why?!
In rare cases, the software vendor may temporarily not have a license available in their automated system. When this happens, the order is placed on “HOLD.”

There’s no need to worry—your order is already being processed under our Quick Delivery mode and will be fulfilled, usually within 1 working day or sooner.

Digital products are delivered instantly or within 1–2 working days (if marked ‘Quick Delivery’). Hardware delivery times vary based on your location and stock availability.

Mode of shipping for hardware products is usually by-road (surface mode).

The invoice is generated only after your order is marked as Completed (i.e., once the product is dispatched).

You can then log in to your account, go to the ‘Order History’ section, select the relevant order, and download the invoice from there.

Once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled – this applies to both digital and hardware items.

Yes, bulk discounts are available on select products with a minimum order quantity. For example, some software requires a minimum purchase of 5 units to qualify.
