My payment was succesful, but I did not get an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please wait up to 30 minutes for the confirmation email. Also check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, send us your payment reference ID.
I paid for an ‘instant delivery’ software but haven’t received the serial number. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder for the serial email. If not found, log in and check your ‘Order History’.

How long does a product delivery take?
Digital products are delivered instantly or within 1–2 working days (if marked ‘Quick Delivery’). Hardware delivery times vary based on your location and stock availability.
Mode of shipping for hardware products is usually by-road (surface mode).
How can I access or download my invoice after placing an order?
The invoice is generated only after your order is marked as Completed (i.e., once the product is dispatched).
You can then log in to your account, go to the ‘Order History’ section, select the relevant order, and download the invoice from there.
Is it possible to cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it can’t be cancelled – this applies to both digital and hardware items.

I need help installing the software I just bought.
Your serial email includes the installation link. For step-by-step guidance, tips, or troubleshooting, check the Brand-wise Help section.

My hardware product isn’t working, or I need some help with it. What should I do?
Fill out our Hardware Service Form to receive contact details of the brand’s authorised service centre. Please speak with the service technician first.
Most brands have a single service point in India, so you’ll usually need to ship the unit directly for any repairs.
This dedicated support is available exclusively for Sudeep Audio customers, ensuring you get trusted and timely assistance from authorised service technicians.
Do you offer discounts on bulk pricing?
Yes, bulk discounts are available on select products with a minimum order quantity. For example, some software requires a minimum purchase of 5 units to qualify.

Any other product related information I should be aware of?
