All hardware carries a standard manufacturer warranty. Your invoice acts as the warranty card, if none is provided in the box.

Please review the software’s system requirements on the manufacturer’s website before ordering.

Hardware orders are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable once placed.

In case of a defective hardware item, it must be reported and sent to the brand’s service centre (with all contents) within 5 days of receipt.
A replacement will be arranged after the service centre’s confirmation.
